Pretty Yende debuts in concert at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées Paris

Making her Paris concert debut, Ms. Yende appears as part of Les Grandes Voix concert series at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées on June 28. Featuring the works of Rossini, Bellini, Donizetti, and Massenet the bel canto focused program highlights the repertoire for which Ms. Yende has garnered immense international acclaim. Her previous bel canto performances have been lauded as possessing singing with a “silvery brightness and purity” (Express) and an “electrifying” presence (Opera – Online). Maestro Quentin Hindley leads the Orchestre de Picardie for this enchanting evening of opera classics.

2017/18 Season Highlights

Pretty Yende’s upcoming season is filled with Bel Canto masterworks, solo appearances, and more, at acclaimed venues across the globe. The season begins with her return to the Deutsche Oper Berlin stage starring in the title role of Donizetti’s Lucia di Lammermoor, on September 13 & 17.
