Pretty Yende sings the title role in Donizetti’s thrilling masterpiece Lucia di Lammermoor, this season at Opéra national de Paris. Performances take place October 14, 17 & 23 and November 4, 8 & 16, with Pierro Pretti as Edgardo, Artur Ruciński as Enrico, and Rafal Siwek as Raimondo. Conductor Riccardo Frizza leads from the pit for this engagement, which features a staging by Andrei Serban.
This summer, Pretty Yende stars as Amira in Rossini’s Ciro in Babilonia, at the Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro.
